Who we are
This website has been created by FlyPoint, a company that provides air travel concierge services.
What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it?
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the website, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitors’ IP addresses and browser user-agent strings, to help detect spam.
An anonymous string generated from your email address (also known as a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine whether you are using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be visible to the public alongside your comment.
Media files
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website may download and extract any location data from the images on the website.
Contact forms and cookies
If you leave a comment on our website, you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. This is for your convenience, so that you do not have to re-enter your details the next time you leave a comment. These cookies will be stored for 1 year.
If you have an account and are logged in to this website, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set several cookies to save your login details and screen display settings. Login cookies are stored for 2 days, whilst screen display settings cookies are stored for 1 year. If you select “Remember me”, your login details will be stored for 2 weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be stored in your web browser. This cookie does not contain any personal data; it simply identifies the article you have just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this website may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the user had visited that other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking tools and monitor your interaction with this embedded content. In particular, they may track your interaction with embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that site.
How long do we keep your data?
If you leave a comment, it and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows us to automatically detect and approve any subsequent comments, rather than holding them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal data at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.
What rights do you have regarding your data?
If you have an account on this website or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including all the data you have provided to us. You may also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are obliged to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitors’ comments may be checked using an automated spam detection service.

All personal data of users who have carried out any action on the website – from filling in a feedback form to registering or leaving a comment – is used solely for communication between https://www.flypoint.eu/ with the client and are not disclosed to third parties or companies under any circumstances.
