Insights from Aliona Bezrukova, an athlete and owner of the FlyPoint travel concierge service, following Tony Robbins’ event

1. In the world of business and gambling, it is not circumstances but internal beliefs that create obstacles
We can repeat the same patterns year after year without even realising it. «I’m not ready yet», «I need to learn more», «I can’t ask for things», «I feel awkward accepting things», «to be loved, I have to be useful».
And it is precisely these beliefs that influence our decisions, relationships, business and finances
2. How energy and sport influence business growth and decision-making
When you’re lacking energy, it’s difficult to think big, sell, express yourself and make decisions. But energy isn’t something you should just wait for passively. You can generate it through your body, movement, breathing, sport and a change of focus
Now I understand even better why Ironman, Oceanman and other sporting challenges have come into my life. Through sport, I’m learning to manage my condition and proving to myself that I’m capable of more than I think
3. The formula for success: where you are part of the problem, there lies your solution
For me, this is one of the most powerful ideas. It’s not about blaming yourself, but about regaining your strength.
If a particular outcome in my life has been shaped by my decisions, fears and habitual reactions, I can start to create a different outcome
4. Stop waiting for the perfect moment: why now is the time to take action
Professional enough. Confident enough. Well-prepared enough.
You can start making your mark right now. Talk about yourself. Name your price. Offer your services. Build a bigger business. Enter new circles. Don’t hold yourself back when you’re surrounded by strong and successful people
5. Why is it so difficult for entrepreneurs to accept help, money and opportunities?
Attention. Help. Gifts. Opportunities. Money.
For me, this is a whole other big topic. I’m used to proving my worth by being helpful and looking after others. But now I’m learning to remain valuable even when I’m not proving anything — and simply letting others do things for me
6. How the right circle of friends reshapes the scope of your thinking
The people were a special part of this event. Our team, our conversations, our support and our shared energy.
I am grateful to everyone with whom I shared this experience, because without them it would have been completely different
What to do after a burst of inspiration: the main mistake that drains your energy
You can come back from an event feeling inspired, only to fall back into old patterns a few days later. That’s why my key word following Tony is ‘implementation’.
I don’t just want to hold onto this energy; I want to channel it into concrete actions: to develop myself and FlyPoint, to make my presence felt more, to change my beliefs and to learn to accept more — attention, support, opportunities and money.
The event is over. The real work is only just beginning
